Persons with disabilities constitute 20% of the population of the United States.  Put differently, the disabled represent the largest minority group in the country.  My guest will be Dana Marlowe.  Dana is the Principal Partner at Accessibility Partners, LLC, a company which provides training, consulting and testing of IT products for people with disabilities and which itself employs many disabled individuals.  We will be discussing  and dispelling the common misconception that people with disabilities are under-qualified because they lack proper educational training or are otherwise unfit for the job. The opposite is, in fact, the case; they are extremely dedicated and hardworking individuals.
