With October wrapping up, we look back fondly on all the great activism and awareness that National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) brought. We, and so many other organization of all sizes and scopes, were challenged to see how inclusion drove innovation in our business practices.
Over 85% of our workforce is comprised of someone with a disability, and we would welcome the opportunity for another voice in our chorus of advocates and professionals. Disability employment does not end after October 31, and we hope to keep the momentum for the following months to come.
